My thoughts are this: Set up 2 jackstands level and put the front on them. Set the pinon angle then tack weld the axlehousing to the jack stands so it wont move. Then use a level adn set the brackets up level and weld them on. Then cut the tack welds and mount the axle under the truck. Im not goin 4 link. Im makin long radius arms.
you dont want too much angle.....that would insanly increase your caster angle.....which is not good....

im not too sure..... are you agianst rotating the c's on the axle.....then you can go up to 17* i believe is the max.....w/o oiling issues....

i would just keep it stock or little more isn't going to hurt to much, especialy if its a mud truck only...

No its the crew. Only gonna be street use. I like the odea of turning the c's but thats more than i can get into with my work area and time. Most 6" say 7* bushings so if i set the axle where the pinion is at 7* then weld the brackets on at level it should be ok?

Ok i got another quick question. See how in the pic i have the ends of the tubes where the bushing ends are even? IS that how they need to be? How bout the bracket where they hook up? Do those points need to be even or does the bottom need to stick farther towards the back of the truck. It looks as if i make the arm ends even then on an angle the botom part will be to short.

they wont be even unless your radius arms are going to be perfectly flat, if not the bottom one will be longer b/c of the angle of the radius arm and trying to reach the bottom hole of the ballistic mount....

So basically i need to make my bracket and weld it to the axle. Then mount the coils and all that to the truck. Then add my top strait tube. Then ill have to somehow get it at full droop maybe and add the bottom tube?

between 3-6deg... (for caster)

Go to your local wheel align shop, they should have the stock specs though. Or check in the 73-79 or the steering forum

Oh, and hate to be a wet blouse, but the white text is kinda frowned upon...
What you have done is ok, but if in the future if you could make it so I don't have to put on the welding mask each time I go to read, it would be appreciated
