Ok lets get into something actually useful. Lets talk pinion angle!!!! So im makin brackets for my front axle that are like quads rock 4 link brackets but to fit on a 2 3/4" axle tube. Is there any certain pinion angle im lookin for without havin to cut of the part where the balljoints go and reindexing them? My thoughts are this: Set up 2 jackstands level and put the front on them. Set the pinon angle then tack weld the axlehousing to the jack stands so it wont move. Then use a level adn set the brackets up level and weld them on. Then cut the tack welds and mount the axle under the truck. Im not goin 4 link. Im makin long radius arms.
