this requires your ebpv to be wired on a switch to do this! let your truck idle a few mins just so fluids get moving and the heads and block have a chance to warm up. Flick the switch wait 5 secs so the valve closes then floor it do that for 10 secs and you ' ll have dark dark black smoke.(looks cool coming from the stacks!) I do it when you get that car up your rear tailgating you they back off pretty quick! I also do it parked to scare the guys at work. I don ' t know it could possibly damage anything! I wouldn't do it very long anyway. It backs up the exhaust choking the engine and when you floor it , it dumps more fuel than can be pushed out the exhaust. Just watch for cops too! good luck have fun and be carefull.
while this works greta for smoke it also works wonders on your turbo, the backpressure pegs the ability of the sensor, not good, i am afraid to see what the manual gauge reads. i dont recommend doing that
ya I didn ' t know what its actually doing my back pessure gauge only went up to 20psi when I did it. I did it once racing someone staged made lots of smoke then fliped the switch to open the valve and the truck flew, but I really didn ' t know what it was hurting. Joe thanks for letting me know I def. would have killed something!!
