C4 vs C6

hey guys, I'm swapping a 302 to 351 in my bronco, but my motor is a Mercruser from the 70's. I know it has to be a 28oz flexplate, but will one from a C4 bolt to the C6 T/C in my truck?

All of the ones I ever come across won't interchange. Maybe someone else might have some better insight.

302 has the same bolt pattern as a 351 C or W.

The M engine will not work.

it's a W the thermostat housing's on the intake, and the fuel pump bolt's are side to side.

im gonna say it will bolt up but to check just try and bolt it up before you put the flywheel on the engine just to make sure if it doesnt then you know its wrong before you have to pull the engine back out..
