i have found a solution
in my truck like many others i have herd, that the turbo begins to have some kind of miss fire period for a couple of seconds if not minutes... i had my truck taken to the dealer and they had fixed by replacing some bad sensors, and now she runs as good as new!! you can actually feel all the power its a huge difference than before!! i cant remember what they were called though... somthin like EGC' or EGI i cant remember but if you have that sort of problem where the trurbo begins to act up check the sensors and it should be good as new!!!!
***they had also fixed im thinkin a stiky turbo or possibly an intercooler mayb both due to a BIG malfunction in the truck while pulling a 22' toy hauler up a steep hill.....**** hope this helps you out

Thanks for the tip. It would be more helpful if you included which motor you have.
Perhaps they cleaned or replaced the EBP sensor & tube along with tightening the intercooler boots. If you get a chance read through your paperwork and let us know exactly what they did. I'm sure your not the only one that will have this problem.
