Hi is this normal? yesterday I had my battery cables off for about 3 hours and when I drove home the tranny shifted funny it went into od way too soon and wouldn,t shift down this morning on the way to work it shifted fine and ran good too
[QUOTE=tjbeggs]Yes that could very well be normal. The PSD doesn't have any "learning" ability
ok my truck was running awful before this as well and now it seems way better could all the screwing around I was doing with the ICP have given me the poor running problem? I since have soldered the wire on the sensor back to stock and it just seems now to be better after the batteries were unhooked?
Yeah I don,t know ? I am trying to figure out why when I fart around with the ICP it seems to make the truck run crappy when I soldered the wire back it still ran crappy till last night after the batteries were unhooked for those few hours?
Got ya.
Even with the batts connected a change in the flash or a chip will sometimes do the same. It goes thru a little freekyness then all is good. Alot of time, the TC will haunt during this set time.
Your good to go.
have not worked on psd much only had mine for two years. wrenched lots of gas pots and found that computer will put truck in safe mode for one reason or another. long story short is it will run just not very good. take neg. cable off have a beer put it back on computer re boots and away ya go.
