Shifting question

Waljon -Sorry, what I meant was Aamco put in a reman E4OD with all the updates since 1996. The truck ran real bad until Ford re-flashed the PCM, which updated the PCM software. The truck runs much better, but like I said, a long delay between 2 - 3, and it shifts into OD at 35 mph.

It not that it learns. Its more of it takes a bit to process the new info (slow),
RAM ROM thing. Same for pulling the plug. Sort of like your home PC when you start it up. That stupid Hr glass.
