Need Help / Advice!!

i have a 2008 f250 SD 6.4 PS and i just installed my aFe intake yesterday..and the power pup pogrammer the day before that. tonight im riding down the highway and a check engine light pops on. i get home and check the codes. i got two, a p002-ff-pcm and p2000-00-pcm. i cleared them and it was off for a while. i got back on the road and got the light on again. checked for codes and found the same first code but the second code was p1000-00-pcm instead. does anybody have an idea or can lead me in the right direction. i cant believe the problems are starting already....

The AFE intake is the problem take it off

wouldnt there be a different code though? not a PCM code..that is a software code. i am going to take the bully dog out and reload the old software. then if that does not work i will remove the intake

There are allot of people on this site that have tried AFE's and are constantly throwing codes. I'm waiting for AFE to figure this one out before I spend my money, so far they have not to my knoledge. They blame this on some minor changes made to the 6.4 during manufature that AFE has not captured yet.

There are quite a few people having issues with their intake systems.

I have an 08 cc dually 350 with the exact same set up...afe cold air intake and bully dog reprogrammer. At first I had the same problem. After resetting the program back to stock, I still had the same problem. A few days later I put the program back in set on performance and went a few weeks with out any dtc's. The next time, I pulled both out and still had the same problem running completely stock. For some reason, my programmer never found the trouble codes. I then tried it once again and have been running about 5000 miles and the light only came on twice and for a very short time.

I noticed bully had a update on the power pup already...
