Hey guys,
New to the forum, not new to Ford though. I have a 1981 Ford Bronco that I am converting to 1986 with efi and eec ignition. I gutted an old rollover 86 two years ago, my problem is where do I put the ecm? It won't fit the hole with the cruise control module? If anyone has info or photos that would be great.
Thanx

Put it in a military ammo box under the hood will be fine as long as you cut a decent
hole in the ammo can and use alot of silicone to seal it and mount it up higher than
the deepest stream you plan on crossing!! I would even think of mounting it to the
hood if you got enough wire and the wires wouldn't get pulled on opening and closing
the hood. http://www.sherco-auto.com/cg.htm If you feel like redoing any of the
connectors may as well do it right.
Thanks Blue Beast, never thought about putting the ecm under the hood, it makes sense, Dodge does theirs that way, I think I'll do the same. Thanks again for the tip.
