2008 exhaust

I have a 2008 f350 with the v10. I am going to buy a Flowmaster 70 series muffler with a 3" inlet and the dual outlets. What are your opinions for the outlets, 2 1/2 or 2 1/4. I am trying to keep some low end torque because I do carry a lot of weight and tow quite often. I am pretty sure that a 3" outlet would be way too big for duals. Thanks for your input.

If you want duals definatly go with the 2.5" outlets, 2.25" is a little on the small side.
My dad has dual 3" outlets on his 03'. I used to have dual 2.5" outlets but I replaced it for a single 3".

If it was me I would just replace the stock muffler and put on a SS exhaust tip. The stock exhaust is good, except for the muffler its restrictive.
