Well you have something causing no fuel to go through the injectors. You say the HPOP is full. You have clean and full oil. Fuel pump on rail is producing enough pressure. That leaves electrical. Have you double checked all fuses with a multi-meter to make sure you don't have a blown fuse. Try wiggling all the wiring harnesses and connectors under the hood in case you have a short to ground or loose connection somewhere.
The glow plug light did not come on before. When it came back on, did it turn off after a few seconds like normal? I assume you're keeping your batteries charged up after all these restart attempts.
The water has me concerned. Let me think about it and see if I can come up with anything else. Hopefully someone else will soon.
anybody have anything else??? I going to work and will fool with it some more this evening I am going to try to ohm the harness and injectors and see if I can tell anything by that ?????Possible idm failure I am leaning toward. Yes glow p's work as normall would.batteries are on charger it is turnning over pretty fast,It actslike it might hit on maybe 1 or 2 cyls every now and then
