Do you still have the old CPS? If so, I'd try slapping it back in just to rule out the new one being a POS.

Edit: And still unplug the bowl heater and replace the fuse that looks good anyway.

update changed cps with one I know is good still not running. Truck is inside shop 75 degrees even plugged it in checked all fuses relays etc fuel pressure is @110 psi at pump output under truck.I even undone the bowl heater. The truck acts like it might want to hit a lick every now and then but nothing major still not hardly any smoke like when trying to start in cold with faulty gp's> If you hit it with either it will fire for a second or as long as you shoot the either to it while you still crank the starter.I have cleaned the harness connectors at the valve covers and other random connectors

Any more ideas ????? Any help is appreciated!!!!

First don't use the ehter. If you have to use something try wd-40. Are you saying the truck starts with the ether, but then dies as soon as you quit spraying? Is your fuel filter clean? Why did you replace the #2 injector? If you washed the engine before the no start, have you checked the IDM to see if it got wet?
