Seems like we all have something in common. My 05 has erratic tach readings. But it only happens once in a while. It happened to me yesterday while towing. So I pulled over and turned the motor off for a minute and then restarted her. Tach was showing 1500 rpm's at idle. A minute latter it corrected it self and read normal. I use it when towing so I know when to shift since I will rev her all the way up to 3300 to 3500 between shifts. If anyone knows a cure I would be curious to here about it.
Anyone have any lighting issues on the cluster? The left side of the tach on my '05 hardly lights up when it is cold, but then after a couple minutes it has full brightness again. Just wondering if that is a symptom of anything.

It could be that your alternator is taking a little bit to kick in, I know mine does.
