instrument cluster

nothing works on my cluster at all lights or gauges,worst of all is the gas gauge.i pulled it out and noticed it has a burnt spot in the ciruit board .so is this the problem will this keep everything on the board from working

I'm not sure but check and be sure your ground is good before buying parts.
usually multible are related but not always.
