Actually, if I had ordered the truck from the factory myself I wouldn't have picked that option. I like the clean look of the truck without the race track. But, now that it's a classic having all that chrome is kind of nice. That is not a option I would customize the truck with if it wasn't already on the truck though.

Earlier post mentioned "stencils"... another way is to photograph a (military) truck with 35MM SLIDES and project the pic onto the truck & trace that design. It's a pain but it works on smaller designs quite well. I provided the camera "work" a few years ago. We outlined a 'bunny" on a snowboard & another friend of his air brushed a "snowboarding bunny" onto the tailgate, using his wife as the model.
