First I got my new AFE filter cover from this really cool website Web hosting, domain name registration and web services by 1&1 Internet (OK, so technically it's still under construction, but it will be up any day now: hint, hint, and thanks for the cover Pete)



Then I decided to add some of this






Then decided I needed floor mats






After that I decided it was time to start standing out and making myself a little different, so I did this






I also noticed a pretty, shiny alternator on here (thanks Brandon) and after doing a little looking on the web, I decided my truck REALLY NEEDED this






So, do I have a one of a kind yet?

I also decided to see how it looks without the headache rack and tool box. What do you think about the before and afters? Should I stick them back on?

 

Nice and clean! Tell me more about that sound deadening stuff- how much, how long it took to put in.... sweet ride!!

I do like head ache racks and tool boxes, but I think your truck looks cleaner without it all, unless you had a rack that was more streamlined to the cab, otherwise I'd sell the rack, keep the box, and call it good.

 

If you don't need the headache rack i would keep them off. It make the truck look too "commercial"

 

Leave the rack off unless you need it for some reason. I'll show this to my daughter -- she'll flip!!!

It took almost 1 full roll to do the floor and back wall. It takes about 2/3's of another roll to do the doors. 1 yard of the Ensolite on top of the mat will cover the floor. I did 2 layers to help with the sound insulating. I got the stuff from RAAMaudio - Quality and Value in Automotive Sound Deadening

Wow my wife is to never see this thread LOL. Where did you get all of this pink pinstriping and floormats? THe pink Alternator is AWESOME that had to be time consumming. The sound deading stuff sounds nice I would love to do it but I like listin to my engine too much hehe.
