Sounds like you have a bad fuel pump or fuel pump relay.

If it won't rev beyond 800 rpms which is just a hair over idle speed this may point to the Throttle Position Sensor.

I really don't know. Someone else will. It is, at least, coming off idle.

Is this a KOEO or KOER code?
Continuous DTC P0232 indicates that power was present on the fuel pump monitor circuit when the fuel pump was commanded off during normal driving conditions.
I'd first check to make sure you got the new CPS plugged in good. Then remove the fuel filter lid and see if it's full. Drain it down and make sure it fills back up by cycling the key, and checking for a good steady stream of fuel with the key on and the drain valve open.

After looking at the manual, I don't even know if it has a fuel pump relay. A fuel pressure gauge would tell you if your pump is up to par. Go with Chris's thoughts first and post back.

i would also change out that fuel filter..it may have wax build up in it keeping fuel from going to the injectors..also good idea to check fuel pressure as Chris said in post #24

Glad you got her fixed. Just curious, how many miles do you have on your truck?
