Ya about the studs I was looking at the A1's and I was looking at the powerstrokeshop over hall kit, I think it comes with just about everything. And the block Im guna send off and have all the bearings put in it and cylinder walls done and pistons put in and then have the bottom end balanced bc they arent balanced from the factory.

DP-120hp with no intercooler or water inj.

How does the turbo (exhaust side wheel) look?
Just wonder with your washer pump mod.

Still nothing bc I have stock sticks and not enough fuel to even worry about heat. With any tune for these injectors they will not ever creat enough heat to produce damage. The washer pump would do nothing either. The exhaust only goes one way and never the other. I checked the turbo and no play or damage I never looked at the exhaust side. The only thing that scares me is where did that piece of the piston go. It may be in the oil pan.

Pull the house off to get a good look at the wheel.

How much boost was the motor making?

On a WAG. I would look into the nozzles and nozzle springs before you install your inj back into the new motor.

With my littler tires would spool around 25 but on average about 15 at the most with the bigger tires. Im guna send the injector off to jim and have him rebuild them bc the tips dont look good. What rebuild kits do yall recommend for the rebuild.

Powerstrokeshop.com has good prices on the kits but wait till your machine shop says if it needs bored or not. It will make a difference on which kit you buy. Also get the kit to machinist before they start any machining as the cylinders need to be machined to the pistons.

I looked at the website and never saw a kit for the over haul for the engine. Do you have to call?

Yeah I just looked. They must have taken them off the website. I guess you do need to call. They were just over $900 for a complete overhual kit.
