I think most ford trucks come with the sway bars both front and back. If its stock it should still have them. If someone lifted it that maybe a different story. I have heard of guys taking their's off when they lift it.
Thanks Casey, mine doesnt have any and no lift, thast why asked for, I noticed it because I wish to put a front hitch and in the instructions they say you have to disconnect the bar and put the hitch and after connect the bar.
Im going to look for some bars in the junk jard. Are the same for F150 F250 or F350 or maybe they are different?. any advice?
Most 4wd 250's don't have stabilizer bars from what I have seen. Front or rear. They sit lower than the 350 so its less of an issue. Many 2wd's do becuase of the coil springs being softer.
Like I said I have heard of other people driving just fine with out them. I dont think its a good idea, but cars started out without them so it cant be that bad. Also I know in certain areas its required for the safety inspection, but good luck with the hitch. Why on the front?
Jose I wouldn't worry about them if they are not already installed. unless you do alot of high speed cornering there isn't much difference in ride quality.
