Nothing really makes it better, than just cutting out the muffler and cat! You can get a larger down pipe is all, but a straight stock exhaust will do just as well as one of these higher priced turbo back exhaust systems!! I would love to see a few dyno pulls with turbo back exhausts vs. stock straight pipe....I would put money on that comparison that the straight pipe would pull the same numbers a one of those more expensive MBRP systems. EGT's would be just as good on a stock straight pipe too!
I have no idea why people spend the money on those exhaust systems, I know that my truck sound better than any other truck have heard with a full system on it! Mine cost about $60 bucks to remove the muffler...
