IP Problem?

Will the truck start w/it unplugged or am I just keeping it unplugged till I see fuel in the lines?
Sorry for all the questions. The last time I chenged the fuel filter it went so easy, the truck started right up and never missed a beat, now here it is freezing cold and I just had to screw it up!

It will not start, nor will it allow fuel through to the injectors, you will have to plug it back in to get the fuel out to the injectors, you just crank it a little to purge the air from the filter, but at this time, you are past that I would say. It is basically a note for next time.
