Sounds like you have some bad tires. Since you can't rotate to back, go back to the way you had it and see if that corrects the pulling. I don't see any way it could have changed you offset. You didn't change any angles or height of anything. Unless you have a loose wheel, rotating them should not have created play either. The new offset and play is reason for concern. Something has slipped, broken, or come loose. Need to find that problem. Raise the front and crank the truck, have someone move the steering wheel slowly back and forth while you look at everything underneath and see if you can see what's not tight. What size tires are you running? Stock Wheels?

Bad tires would account for the pulling, the rest I don't see how tires would cause that. Play could come from loose lugs, but you would know that all to soon. The off set comes from a change in the steering linkage somewhere. How many miles are on your truck. You may have a steering box going bad.

Lugs are ok, but I'm not sure how much more to tighten them. Can I use the factory torque wrench and stand on it to give a little more...I'm super light weight myself (130LB). The steering box was replaced by the previous owner at 30K I have 57K on it now...this was the only known mechanical problem stated by the seller.

No, don't over tighten them. You will know if they have worked loose. Get the front off the ground and see if you can tell whats loose in the steering linkage. The box should be good. 30k and a new box is very odd. I have 140K on the original box and still seems tight.

Make sure that the rims are all the way seated on the hub. The rims on the duallys are hubcentric, another words they rely on sitting on the hub lip to ride centered. Maybe check the ball joints and tie rods also. Do you have any vibrations, or wierd wear patterns on the tires?

Don't forget the little things like checking your power steering fluid level. Otherwise I agree. Time to Un-rotate your tires.
