Broken Arm rest

Broken Arm rest
is there any way to fix the arm rest on my truck? the arm rest has been broken off the pass. captains chair ever since i bought it over a year ago. the mount on the seat ( a cast looking piece is actually broken.) it always scratches my g/f and other people, so i covered the piece sticking out with duct tape. any ideas?

I had one and ended up going to a bone yard and getting another seat. There must be a way to fix it though. Sorry I don't know the answer. Another seat only cost me $50.00. And not much time to replace it.
