I'm in the same boat as you. Here in SE WI, in all of WI as far as I know, we've had some pretty heavy snow falls this year and I have seen quite a few snowblowers on top of the flat roof buildings. We had a pole building colapse on the farm last week. We had to cut up the building to get 12 cows out that we trapped inside. None were hurt but it's not a lot of fun using a noisy chain saw around a bunch of excited 1200 pound animals.
Still, I think all of the warning labels are great. It shows what kind of litigious society we live in. Everytime I make a business decission I first run the reprocussions that can accur that could lead to a legal problem. I'm getting to the point I don't really care anymore. I do my best to make a safe product but you can only worry so much before it consumes you.
