Running 100% Ethanol

I'm not sure you'd see a benefit to running ethanol in your 460. You'd likely drop to 8-9 MPG, and the $3/gallon for gasoline you don't like now would just go to paying for the power/fuel you would need to produce your own ethanol. Add to that the cost and time to switch over your fuel lines and tuning/troubleshooting your truck, and you probably won't ever see a return.
