6.9 starting problem

6.9 starting problem
I initially had a problem with my glow plugs not coming on, so I changed all 8 plugs, relay, controller and ignition switch. Now that glow plugs are working, the gp relay clicks as the gp lite blinks off and on while its cranking and it wont start. Any ideas? I'm lost.

the truck was running when I got it. but the previous owner had it hooked on ether. The glow plugs were not working. I fixed the glow plugs now they work. While you are cranking , it will stop and the gp relay will start clicking.
