better headlights

Its the dfuser harnesses that dont work with daytime running lights, it says so in thier ads. On that note, they advertise as allowing full battery voltage to the bulbs, but I put a multimeter on the plug and came up with 12 volts to the lights so I dont know how a harness will help. I did put 65 watt silverstars in the driving lights vice the stock 42 watt bulbs and that made a difference, still not what I want though.

if anyone is considering upgrading from the 99-01 composite headlights to the 02-04 composites, if you get used OEM ones from someone be SURE they come with the mounting hardware; i found out the hard way that one of the three mounts is different.
