Well, when your engine starts missing and you pull you spark plug and turn it over and pieces of ceramic come out, don't get upset...............cause when it happens it definately scores your cylinder walls to the point that a rebuild is apparently your only option.I found out about the Bosch plugs well after my failure when I was told by a mechanic friend that he has seen this numerous times. He claimed it was residual oil from blowby that causes the plug to do it.All I know is a Bosch plug disentegrated in a perfectly running engine causing my car to miss.I pull the plug and find that the end of it was all messed up. Turned the car over and pieces of the Bosch plug came out.Motor now fills the breather with oil so rapidy it pours out of the breather assembly. Motor had approx. 169,000 miles on it.I'll never use a Bosch plug again.

I've used Bosch plugs in almost everything I have ever owned and never had any problems with any of them. My opinion is they are good plugs and I wouldn't hesitate using them in anything.

I have used them, and did not like how the truck idled or performed in general. That being said, if you replace your worn plugs with new plugs, it will always make a difference. If you are gonna spend more $ on a certain type of plug, I say buy NGK's . I have never heard a cross word spoken about them in cars, trucks , motorcycles , anything. But, if you really gotta spend the high $ on plugs , here is a treat for you Spark Plugs are NOT the same, pulstar spark plugs change the game . I think the reason they make your truck faster is because your wallet is so much lighter. Quick shout to Bryan, we gotta ride this year man.

well compared to the Bosch I am running the mileage went in the toilet big time and came back out when I went back to the Bosch (the Bosch only had 6,000 miles/10,000 kms on them). Not to say a different plug maybe would not do better then the Bosch but hey, I don't want to shell out the cash to just have a ****ty experience again.

i ran bosch plugs in my old 85 stang and they missed, idled rough and went to crap after a few months.

autolighs are good and make motorcraft plugs, in my stang right now i am running Halo plugs which i really like but also $5 a plug but they really smoothed the idle out and havent had any problems with them yet.

Couple sets, various models, very good, no trouble in any way. I really like those four prong ones...
