Bosch Garbage

Changing plugs and discovered the last guy put Bosch plugs in the EX. I have never seen such terrible looking things Iin all my life. Who does this?

People who don't know you're supposed to use Motorcraft Only parts on these trucks.

Either that or someone talked him into it.

Bad News....I made the assumption that if I went to NAPA they would give me the best parts for the truck. WRONG...they gave me Autolite...not to happy here.

NAPA is more likely to carry OEM but they also carry a lot of the same cr*p as the other parts stores. My experience is that the counterman/woman will often ask which brand you want but if they are in a hurry or have had to put up with people complaining about paying more for better parts they will sometimes just pull the cheapo ones. The other thing I've noticed is that the local area managers seem to have a lot of say in how the stores are run. Quality of services varies by region. The good ones can be very good. Others....not so much.
