Dash pad

How do I remove the dash pad on my truck? the one that is in it is all cracked and nasty looking and im going to replace it with one on another truck, but I dont know how to do it. Any advise or tips?

Pull the glove compartment and cluster and heater control.

There are nuts that hold the dash pad to the frame ..5 or 6 of them across.
