Wheels and Tires

Guys will 1997 8 lug wheels fit on my 79 supercab? I heard that there was a change in pattern somewhere in the late 90's

here is what I'm looking at .

Correction, 1997 for the F250 and F350. Best bet is to email the guy and ask him what body style truck those came off of. If he says Superduty, you are out of luck.

From my humble intelligence,,, 97 was the LAST year of the good old 8 on 6 1/2" Ford did NOT have a 98 model instead opened with an early 99 Super-Duty (had one)
So YES they WILL fit if they came off a 97

Yep this is correct...the only true 98 F250s are actually F250LD that looked like the 97-03 F150, those trucks has 7x150 lug pattern.
