Door Plate:Been searchin...need help. (with axle code)

I'm havin trouble with axle codes. After searching FTE, I have sucessfully decoded all of the door plate except the axles. Mine isn't making sense to me. The axle code is H2. Is that H2, or H and 2? I'm assuming that's the rear. Nothing is listed for the front. Everything else is showing correctlys: 79 F150 4X4, 400, T-18, 6300 GVW built in Norfok and shes dark tangerine metallic. Any ideas? I've thought of the possibility of it being a new plate, but the VIN matches on everything....and there's no i.d. tag on either axle. Thanks in advance.

Please put the topic in the title of your threads.
It not only allows us to know what the actual topic is but makes it easier in searching.

H2 is a 3.50 LS diff

The front will be a NON-LS version of the same ratio

Thanks. Fixed Title. Tried your site from other topics and it wasn't working...the other one did. I was looking for more specific axle info. Is it a generic LS or is that the D44?
