411 cannot control rpm during engine run self test - high rpm check
538 insufficient rpm change during dynamic response test.
Did you get these with the KOER (engine running)?
It sounds like you forgot to WOT it at the right time.
What codes do you get in KOEO (engine off)

On the KOEO I got the following: 52 25 22 1 1 1 1 1 1
On the KOER I got the following: 411 538 411 538 The idle speed changed often during this test, Is this normal? Thanks for the response Charlez.
