Can anyone tell me where the HPOP Tube is on a 2005 6.0. I am having warm start issues and it seems to be consistant with everyone else. I have a Bully Dog programmer w/ outlook monitor, K & N filter system, banks high ram intake and a banks turbo back 4" exhaust system. The truck doesn't want to start for about 3 hours after being ran.

Thanks for the link. Looks as though it's just under the turbo. Any way to test this thing before it goes into the shop? I'm afraid they are going to frown on the upgrades to the truck, maybe even not cover anything. Guess I'll prep myself for a shadetree fix. One other thing, after looking at the pictures, I thought of something. When I wait to start, it sounds like a fan kicks on behind the glove box. It's starting to sound worn out and sometimes doesn't come on. Could this be the pump I am hearing? Maybe it's going bad?
Thanks again for your help.

No, the oil pumps only work when the engine is turning. You are probably hearing the blower door cycling or the vacuum pump under the hood (passenger side) running.
Got my truck back today. They said it was a fuel injector seal/o-ring and the high pressure fuel regulator. Drove the truck to the post office and then to the store and had it towed at their expense back to the garage. Guess they just ate up their $106 I paid in a deductible for towing. I told them about the HPOP and they were kinda dumbfounded but said they would look at it tomorrow.
Well, just got my truck back and what do you know...the high pressure oil pump was replaced and whammo! Problem solved. Thanks for everyones help. The dealership was clueless until I mentioned what the problem may be. If it weren't for all your guys help, who knows how long it may have taken to be fixed. Now I need a new gear selector indicator, I have looked for it online through a lot of sites but I can't seem to find it. It's the indicator that shows what gear you are in on the 05 250. Thanks for your helps guys!!!
