Okay the heat and AC no longer work, the air blows just as strong as ever... just no control over the temperature.... the car has the automatic climate control... is there any common problems with this, ford wanted 700 bucks to fix it, and i cant remember for the life of me what the part was called.... but its behind the radio/climate control unit i think.... i want to get another from a junk yard and put it in.... installation isnt a problem... figuring out just whats wrong is.

no cause its the ac as well
ford says its the climate control module...anybody know where that is?
