What is my flash?

Just take it in and tell them it is running rough on cold-starts.
If you have the pre-buzz flash, they'll update the truck to the inductive heating flash. If you already have the inductive heating flash, they will tell you so.

yea well I called them and they said I would have to leave the truck for a day and they would have to run a full diagnostic. I told them all I want to know is my flash and if it isn't the latest flash I want it, and they said no my truck is under warranty and they have to do a full diagnostic.

That's not a bad thing. At least they want to make sure the problem is being caused by the version of the flash, and not something else. Either they want to make sure the problem is being addressed correctly, or business is slow for them and they need to make some money off the warranty claim. Good luck
