I have a 70B and a sterling but Id rather have the smooth center section and slightly better ground clearance of the U.
The plan is go to 35 spline using a 35sp Detroit and the stock shafts out the B. I highly doubt Id break stuff but if I did the extra steps taken to use a 35sp carrier will pay off over the 32sp in the aftermarket.

The chitty part (aside from being huge) is the 2 piece rims and next to nothing in wheel choice because they run wedges instead of bolt on rims. My trucks run 20s and 22s so you wouldnt be completely SOL on tire choices. Michelins and 54" boggers both available on 20" rims.
Stazworks might be able to make something but it wont be cheap.
