I think its a pretty big deal to run some sort of cross over between the two banks. I remember over the summer when I got my true dual on my 460 I hated the sound So a week later i got it down to him to put one in and it made a worlds difference. before it sounded like two differnt trucks taking off, it was so grose, but now that there in sync, it sounds amazing, best i have ever heard, hands down. I dont think you should shy away form high flow cats.....There like $60 a piece for nice universal ones on summitracing.com...It be really worth it, also headers down the road would be nice, but dont be worried about not having them on there, I dont either, but i will be soon to compliment the true dual. good luck dude
ic what ur saying hopefully once i get this done see how it sounds and if its now what i like ill take it back to the guy...but i dont want to have hi-flo cats put on bc of the risk of setting a sensor off or something like that. its a daily driver im just looking for a deeper, louder, throatier sound not really much of a performance gain. thanx for the tips. sounds like your truck is pretty stacked have any pics online?
ill try to once i found it...so i got the exhaust done today and for $350 got 2 1/2" into a 40 series flowmaster and dual out 2 1/2" with tips behind rear tires...sound about right? now to put high flow cats on when i do get the money do i have to put in the 4 to replace or will it pass with 2?
It should pass with two...where are you at?How's the truck sound?F350...those Dynomax race bullets sound NIIIIICE...I got a buddy with some on his 94 F-250 with a 351....I was sposed to get em but that fell through....they are obscene!Later On
michigan, it sounds pretty good, theres no i think from reading resonance on the inside of the truck, i cant hear the exhaust from the inside but outside its nice. so ur saying the dynomax race converters? should pass with 2? how much? where are your vids at ford35 guy
