I would in most circumstances..... Unless the snow is really light and you are cutting right down to the pavement...

Most guys around here plow in 4 wheel drive, I don't know why you wouldn't.

I run 4 wheel drive when plowing and also down the road between jobs. Only thing it hurts is gas mileage. I hardly ever use low lock plowing unless the snow is really wet, heavy and deep. Most storms it is in 4 wheel drive for 15-20 hours.

you won't plow much snow in 2wd. Along the same lines is this....should you use the two/haul while plowing? This is the first plow truck I've had with this option. I was guessing not to use this since it seems to take the tranny longer to engage when going between D and R, etc. Thoughts?

You don't need tow/haul for plowing. In fact, the owners manual recommends against it.

well it might make it easier to slow down in tow/haul mode b/c it will down shift and you wont need to hit the brakes and risking locking up the front tire?
