snow plow

i have found a snow plow mounted on a 79 3/4 ton it is in good shape whats it worth (the plow) the guy is asking 1200 for it

At least around these parts that's not bad for a name brand (Western - Meyers) plow in good shape. Depends on the age of the plow.

If the plow is the correct one for the truck and hasn't been hacked to make it fit I would say between $500-$600, but only if its in really good shape. You can get minute mount style plows for $1200-$1500 now a days so that price is no great deal.

yeah, thats what i was thinking. 1200 is way to much. i spent 150 on the mounts for my truck. and even that was a little too much. but its all i could find.

We got one of those minute mount plows and they're great! Just hook it up at the mounts and hook up two connectors and presto! your ready to go plowing.
