Convert 07 SD to a 06

If money was no object, could you convert the front end of a 07+ to a 06 logistacally? Or it just too much different under the sheet metal?

'05-'07 trucks have the same front end.

if "money was no object" you could convert the front end to that of a Ferrari Enzo....

yeah but then you would crash it into a wall and split it in half, but live to tell about it.

Basically the fenders, hood, grille, bumper and a few other parts would need to be swapped. Cost no object? Yes it can and will be done.

I don't see how the new cooling system would work with the older front end with out a whole lot of fabrication (read: expensive).

It would be much easier to put the '08 front end on an older truck. Even that would have it's fair share of challenges.

Yes the inner structure (supports) are all completly different, they went to a Hydro Formed inner support design, like what the dodges have under the hood. Plus the frame is different up front, lower and I think wider. So attemping a swap would be a nightmare.
