We also have a system where every vehicle is regisrered on the government system, which is linked to the police vehicles so they can see at the touch of a button that your vehicle is legal with MOT test, insurance, road tax and valid drivers license, the system works well and is slowly getting the bad apples of the road!

I have always found that if you obey the law, drive the speed limit and be courteous not only to other drivers, but also the Police....You don't have a lot to worry about....Policemen have a tendency to believe that they are a little better than everyone else when they dawn a uniform and strap on a pistol.....This is something that you have to keep in mind as well.....GOOD LUCK IN THE FUTURE

Sounds like a great idea, I think we should carry this into the individual person too. RF tags that monitor BAC and broadcast when your too high so they don't even have to pull you over, just send you a summons in the mail to appear in court on DUI charges, and you know you could have a sensor for illicit drugs too and broadcast when it detects any then would could get rid of all the illegal drug users, and everyone should have to be fingerprinted and DNA tested and a back ground check done ever couple years to make sure they should still be allowed to move around freely, this would stop terrorist from being able to get around and cause problems. And the technology is already in place to make the car record and then at a police request download all your speeds you have done in the past so many days. heck they could do away with the radar guns and cams that way and make darn sure everyone paid for all speeding, and the ABS system can be used to monitor for tire slippage to stop kids from peeling out.
And since we have the RF tags on people to monitor drugs and alky, it could also monitor heart rate and then stores could record it for a couple reasons, one would be to see what excited you then they could use that information in selective marketing, plus they could monitor it to see who's adrenaline is high thus potentially stopping shop lifting. And of coarse with the RF tags implanted they could monitor when someone was doing something illegal. Yeah I think this technology is great that would stop all crime and the government would be able to truly keep things under control

ah yes, right near the Isle of Wight.

I passed right by there in June 2000 on my way back from Stonehenge to Brighton

Closest relatives of mine to you are in Tunbridge Wells.

My Cousin there is in the Constabulary.
