I just got off the phone with Tymar (I just ordered the 3-3.5" downpipe) and I told them that I did this diy 6637 mod. He cautioned me about not using the napa or wix filters and to use only the Donaldson for it's water compatablity attributes. He went into a long conversation about it (I think trying to sell me their air filter kit).

Little does Dale know that the Wix/Napa 6637 is a Donaldson Duralite filter. The same exact thing that he sells. The sticker on the filter itself when you take it out of the box tells the story.
