big 390.....I would suspect one of the vehicle speed sensors has gone bad. On the 4x4 there should be 3....1 on each front wheel and one on the rear differential. OBD II code reader typically will not pull the ABS codes, it takes a special reader. Need proper diagnostics to check which sensor is suspect....the front sensors are about $170 each and the one on the rear differential is about $15.

Try adjusting your drums. I've been told that too much moisture in an underadjusted drum will cause the shoe to suddenly grab and lock the brake up.
