Also make sure that the hub surface is clean, free rust as this can cause runout and vibration issues. Also during the first few hundred miles, try not to overheat the rotors and the come to a stop. The pad will suck the heat out of that spot where it is sitting and can cause it to warp as it cools unevenly.

As someone stated earlier, if the vibration is felt through seat and brake pedal, the rears are out of round. If its steering wheel vibration when hitting brakes, its in the front.

Thanks to all who replied, I just replaced the rotors all the way around. I just said forget it! And the winner was: The Brakes! That fixed everything. I guess as most of you said, the rotors were warped even though they did not appear the be. I really appreciate all of the help. You guys are the greatest! Have a wonder Snow Season and Happy Thanksgiving to all!
