Yep, unfortuanatley last monday it started, only 5-6 appointments per day..not sure why. have not had much diesel in 4 weeks, here. we have 3 diesel techs and do not make people wait for them to get repaired as some dealers do.

I just wanted to chime in here real quick about the 10k mod. I had hooked up the 10k mod in my truck a few years ago and it never threw a code. About a year and a half ago, I put on exhaust and an SCT tuner. I never did unhook the 10k mod, just never hit the switch.

Well, yesterday my light came on and the code was p2285....for ICP Sensor. I thought, hmmmm.....I guess it's possible my wiring for the 10k mod is finally having a problem. So I removed all the 10k mod this afternoon and we'll see if the code comes back. If not, no big deal, I'll just take out the ICP Sensor and either clean it up or replace it. All the wiring looked fine for my 10k mod, but you just never know.

But again, my 10k mod never once threw a code......but I had mine on a switch and used it very little. It worked great though! Not like an SCT, that's for sure!

if it is not then then pcm senses a low input on the icp circuit and you could have a VREF circuit short or biased ICP.
