Thanks I to I'am a carpenter. But unfortunately I'am not as good of a mechanic it seems. I'am trying to figure out why I don't have power to either fuel pumps. In my 96 F-150 after replaceing the front pump. I hope it's something simple. And I'am sure it will be lots of fun chatting with some non Jeff Gordon fans.
Did you check the FPR, fuel pump relay. This is one place to start.
Also try doing fuel system search in the search function. There are tons of threads about this issue and you may find the answer there. I am not trying to ignore you situation, but it may save you time.
sorry - look at the top off the page - see the blue bar? 3 from the right is the search function - drop down and type fuel system - fuel pump - fuel pump relay - etc. it will take you to former threads addressing your question.
