New on here needing help
I have two ford f150 1996 models first one has a 5.0 I changed plugs , fuel pressure regulator , water temp sensor , checked codes (none) was running rich and smoking , now it's dead , pull the fuel pump fuse and it will run on carb spray , hook the fuse up and it floods , plugs wet and acts like it wants to start when I put the pedal to the floor , this is for my son so I am trying to get him back going , the other ford is doing the same thing but the fuel pump stays running both these trucks are killing my brain any help would be greatly appreciated

got one running
I finally got the 2wd running,pulled the #2 plug to check fire and the dang thing started up and ran finally, so I pulled the o2 sensors and put the plug back it ran ok, so I cut the cat off and the crap blew out the motor, redoing the exhaust tomorrow ,hope this helps anyone out,,now if I can figure out the 4wd with the dang fuel pump that stays running,i just changed it out,it runs off carb spray ,either its not getting enough fuel or my fpr is out.
