T18 Hard to shift cold
Well, Texas got its first cold spell, and when I went out to crank the ol girl up, I noticed that when I went to put it into gear it felt a little bit harder than usual, but once, it warmed up and I drove it about 10 miles, I stoped at a stop sign and it went into gear very easily.
I think it is because of the cold weather thicking up my 85w140 gear oil in my tranny, and when I drive it warms the gear oil up.
Am I right?
