Trim accent removal questions
I removed the trim strips that divide the two-tone paint. I am wondering if anyone knows a trick to remove that gunky adhesive without damaging paint too much.

Best thing to use is naptha (lighter fluid).
It is a natural solvent for the glue and won't hurt paint.

I used Goof Off and a credit card for scraping. It also helps if the surface is warm.

Use WD-40 no razor blades.
